Soy Yogurt – Vanilla

Yogurt and I have always had a love- hate relationship. I felt like I could never find a yogurt brand or flavor that satisfied my taste buds. And in my mid twenties, my body began to reject dairy, forcing me to search for lactose free products.

I came across Silk Soy Alternative yogurt and haven’t turn back since.

They have different flavors to chose from but I love to create my own.

I start by adding sliced fruit to my plain vanilla yogurt then sprinkling a good amount of granola on top. All of the flavors combined are beyond tasty with a good source of protein and fiber. My stomach is also satisfied.
